Learning and Development Analyst

Working among the Learning and Development team to create an impactful learning experience to our clients through identifying training needs, designing and developing engaging training material, and measuring the effectiveness of the trainings provided.

Designing and developing training material for behavioral training courses
Identifying the main training objectives and designing lesson plans accordingly
Creating training activities that support an interactive learning environment
Supporting seniors in conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify clients’ learning and development needs
Writing training proposals for clients that clarify the project scope and the addressed client needs
Preparing the whole training package including PPT presentations, facilitation manuals, participants’ handouts, etc.
Coordinating with freelance trainers for training material handover and logistic arrangements
Preparing surveys that measure participants’ level of satisfaction of the provided learning experience
Generating training reports that reflect the effectiveness of trainings and the recommended improvements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major is required
3-5 years of experience in instructional design or training industry
Excellent usage of Microsoft Office products especially PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (verbal and written)
Willingness to travel if required
