Learning and Development Manager

      The L&D Manager role will be responsible for driving impactful, client-centric learning solutions by leading training needs assessments, overseeing the design and development of training programs, and ensuring measurable learning outcomes.

      - Strategically plan and manage large-scale L&D projects, including client management, proposal development, delivery oversight, and post-training follow-up 
- Oversee the process of Training Needs Assessment (TNA), consulting with clients and aligning training objectives with organizational goals 
- Lead the design and development of high-impact behavioral and leadership training programs tailored to diverse client needs 
- Monitor the development of comprehensive training packages, including PPT presentations, facilitation manuals, participants’ handouts, etc. 
- Manage external stakeholder relationships including clients, freelance trainers, vendors, etc. 
- Implement data-driven evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness, learning transfer, and business impact 
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s L&D portfolio by identifying trends, innovating learning formats, and improving internal design processes

      - Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major is required 
- 15-20 years of experience in Learning & Development with focus on instructional design 
- Proven experience in managing teams of instructional designers 
- Excellent usage of Microsoft Office products especially MS PowerPoint 
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.) 
- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (verbal and written) 
- Willingness to travel if required
