L&D Senior Consultant

  • The L&D Senior Consultant focuses on leading the design of integrated training programs and structured learning journeys that strengthen organizational capability. The role partners with business leaders to align development initiatives with talent assessment and succession priorities, ensuring that learning solutions contribute to sustainable employee performance and leadership growth.

    • Work on the development and execution of learning and leadership development strategies.

    • Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify clients’ learning and development needs.

    • Oversee teams that design high-impact learning journeys using blended methodologies (classroom, digital, coaching, simulations, etc.).

    • Design and oversee assessment centers, 360° feedback processes, and psychometric-based talent evaluations.

    • Translate assessment insights into Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession readiness initiatives.

    • Develop Learning & Development proposals for clients that clarify the project scope and address client needs.

    • Coordinate with external vendors, learning partners, and assessment providers to ensure deliverables and quality standards are met.

    • Generate learning evaluation frameworks, dashboards, and impact reports to assess training effectiveness and business impact.

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major is required.

    • 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development and Human Capital.

    • Previous experience in managing teams.

    • Excellent usage of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel.

    • Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (verbal and written).

    • Willingness to travel abroad if required.
