The Marketing Lead is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support business growth across the company's consulting, training, and assessment services. This role serves as a key individual contributor with deep expertise in one or more marketing disciplines, delivering high-quality work while providing guidance to junior team members.

Campaign Planning and Execution
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create campaign briefs, timelines, and coordinate deliverables across team members and vendors.
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights and market feedback.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Oversee content marketing including thought leadership, case studies, and white papers.
Manage social media strategy and presence across all platforms.
Coordinate event marketing including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Support website content updates, SEO optimization, and landing page creation.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to produce technical and industry-specific content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain marketing dashboards and regular reporting cadence.
Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop marketing team members.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
Coordinate with regional marketing resources across country office.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Professional marketing certifications (CIM, Google, HubSpot) preferred.
Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or consulting.
Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
Regional marketing experience across GCC or MENA is preferred.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
