Multimedia & Learning Design Specialist

  • We are seeking a talented Multimedia & Learning Design Specialist responsible for designing visually engaging and interactive learning materials that enhance the training experience. Responsibilities include producing visually compelling graphics for various media, generating engaging video content, and developing 3D models for learning and promotional purposes.

    • Contribute to the visual design and branding of new learning products and services, ensuring consistency and innovation across formats

    • Assist in the product development and testing the visual components of new L&D products

    • Design and develop graphics, illustrations, videos and animations for learning modules, presentations, and training manuals

    • Generate visually appealing and practical 3D models that can be integrated into training kits for enhanced learner engagement

    • Develop and edit learning products’ promotional videos using motion graphics, animation, and post-production techniques

    • Optimize graphics and media for various platforms, ensuring accessibility and compatibility

    • Collaborate with instructional designers and facilitators to conceptualize and implement effective visual solutions

    • Coordinate with other team members to gather footage and understand project objectives

    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the visual presentation of Learning & Development offerings

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field

    • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing

    • Proven track record in graphic and multimedia design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and 3D software

    • Experience with motion graphics and video editing

    • Strong command of English and Arabic languages

    • Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment

    • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently

    • Strong communication and organizational skills
