Hesham Afifi

  • Non-Executive Board Member of QuickWins with 15+ years of experience across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. During his career he has led several diversified projects in which he participated in developing comprehensive transformation programs, corporate strategies, business models, organization development programs, performance assessment programs, future projections & business plans, and HR systems for several corporations and organizations in different business fields, government entities, and NGOs in the Middle East. He also has a wide experience in strategic management projects, implementing pre-developed plans and strategies in addition to launching newly established businesses. Moreover, he has been working as a board member for regional real estate companies and a financing, leasing, and factoring enterprise. In addition to the above, he has been working as a strategist for governmental entities across the GCC region and Egypt.

Ramy Farouk

  • Managing Director of QuickWins with 25 years of experience across the Middle East and in the USA. During his career, he has led several diversified projects in which he participated in developing comprehensive transformation programs, corporate strategies, business models, organization development programs, future projections & business plans, and HR systems for several corporations and organizations in different business fields, government entities, and NGOs in the Middle East. He also has a wide experience in strategic management projects, implementing pre-developed plans and strategies in addition to launching newly established businesses. His work in financial advisory also includes enterprise assessment and valuation, fundraising, and deal structuring for various transactions across different sectors in the region. He has led the development and delivery of various development programs focusing on leadership, strategy, and financial literacy. He is a certified leadership coach. He also serves as an adjunct instructor at the American University in Cairo.

Muhammad Saady

  • Muhammad is a Regional Partner at QuickWins with more than 20 years of experience advising organizations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing complex consulting and transformation engagements across the MENA region. He has extensive experience working with government entities, public-sector institutions, and major organizations, supporting senior leadership in addressing strategic, organizational, and institutional priorities.

    He has led and contributed to engagements covering strategy development and execution, governance frameworks, operating and business models, organizational structures, institutional development, and transformation programs. His experience extends from advisory and solution design through implementation, translating strategies and frameworks into practical operating mechanisms and sustainable outcomes.

    Muhammad also brings significant expertise in human capital and organizational transformation, including HR strategies and systems, competency frameworks, individual and organizational assessments, capability development programs, performance management, and digital platforms.

    As Regional Partner, Muhammad plays a key role in shaping QuickWins’ regional growth, strategic partnerships, and client portfolio. He works closely with government entities, public institutions, and private-sector organizations to identify strategic priorities, develop tailored solutions, and oversee engagements from opportunity development through implementation. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to address transformation through an integrated strategic, organizational, human capital, and digital perspective.

Dr. Bader Altraiji

Farid Abohadid

  • Partner at QuickWins, he has worked on & led different consulting and training projects in the MEA region since he joined QW in 2017. He started his career in the FMCG sector in multinational companies. For more than 15 years, he has supported different startups and youths to grow in their professional lives and grow their businesses by being a freelance trainer and mentor, offering his services through different organizations. Farid is Leading the Sectoral Development practice at QuickWins, working with governments & International development agencies to develop priority sectors In the MEA region. Farid has investment activities in the Agribusiness sector, and he is highly concerned about education. He established an educational institute in 2010, offering its academic program using project-based learning (PBL) methodology, and currently he is the Chairman of the Board.

  • A strategic leader with a proven track record in transforming businesses through change management initiatives. Utilizes a team approach to drive organizational improvements and the implementation of best practices in addition to setting long-term strategies. Dynamic and result-oriented with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations through the implementation of cost-cutting goals, whilst keeping a sharp eye on profitability matters.

    Led and participated in more than 250 teams throughout working career, focused on increasing productivity and maximizing effectiveness through effective leadership and technology applications. Resided as a board member on different company boards in various sectors. Tech-savvy, with an entrepreneurial spirit, having managed a private technology consultancy and led several corporate technology projects. Experienced in monitoring legal compliance and relevant laws and regulations in different sectors. Active in community relations and promoting Corporate Social Responsibility.

Adel Bakr

  • Aley is a senior manager at QuickWins with 15+ years of experience working and leading different teams on several diversified projects in which he participated in developing strategies, Business Models & Structures, Future Projections & Plans, HR Systems and manuals of several corporations in different business fields in the Middle East. Before joining QuickWins, He also worked in several well-known companies in Egypt across different sectors, specifically in Content Consulting as Business Development as he gained hands-on experience in the content consulting sector. Afterwards, he moved to one of the biggest water treatment manufacturers in the Egypt as Brand Manager responsible for studying the market, market needs, and consumer behavior. In addition to working closely with the factory, R&D, QA, QC and production team to come-up with the best quality in the market and marketing budget and sales forecasting with the sales team, and for 7 years, his focus was on the Retail & Retail Management. He joined the largest Bookstore chain in Egypt, as a Marketing Manager responsible for developing the business-lines portfolio and worked on the expansion of the chain in the market by owned & franchised stores, Then, he was assigned to a be a Management team member in the chain.

Mohamed Kamel

  • Mohamed works as the Director of Human Capital at Quick Wins, where he leads the firm's strategic transition toward comprehensive Human Capital solutions. With nearly two decades of expertise, he designs high-impact frameworks in performance management and organizational development that align human potential with business excellence across the MENA region. At Quick Wins, Mohamed manages regional projects focused on KPI activation, competency modeling, and the deployment of Leadership Development" program. Beyond his expertise in executive coaching and workshop design, he is recognized for scaling L&D initiatives into integrated organizational development projects.

    Prior to his current role, Mohamed directed product development and training customization at Skills Worldwide, where he specialized in thorough training needs analysis. His professional journey also includes managing the largest Raya Distribution store in Alexandria and beginning his career as a Cost Accountant at International Company for Press Supplies (ATC), establishing a solid foundation in financial analysis that informs his strategic approach today.

Aley Fathy

  • Senior Manager at QuickWins with more than 20 years of experience formulating and implementing strategies, business models, operating models, and governance frameworks for government entities and corporations across the Middle East. He leads the firm's AI and Digital Transformation practice, having previously led its business process management practice.

    His public sector work spans ministries, regulators, and semi-governmental entities in Saudi Arabia, in alignment with Vision 2030 and national data and AI regulations issued by SDAIA and NDMO. Clients include the Institute of Public Administration, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, the Saudi Central Bank, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Tourism, and 20 more government agencies. He has also managed a semi-governmental management consulting support center on behalf of a government client.

    In artificial intelligence, he has led the design and delivery of national-scale solutions, including a generative AI knowledge platform built on retrieval-augmented generation to centralize government consulting knowledge, and an AI-driven product classification system supporting regulatory compliance. His work covers AI strategy and roadmaps, use-case prioritization, data governance, and AI capability-building programs for public sector leaders and staff.

    Earlier, he worked as an IT consultant leading digital transformation through ERP, HR, CRM, and intranet implementations, and as a training consultant delivering specialized programs in technology and management. He started his career as a physician, medical researcher and a developer.
