Sectoral Development Practice
In this practice, we design, manage and deliver development programs for specific sectors, in partnership with governments, international development partners and the private sector. Our work runs from the first needs assessment to monitoring and evaluation at the end.
Who we work with
Development partners
We design and run programs that development partners fund, and we report on progress throughout.
Such these programs should bring many parties together: the partner that funds it, the policy maker that sets its direction, and the businesses and institutions it serves. We work with all three.
Governments and public institutions
We help ministries and public bodies set how their units work, with operating models, governance and implementation roadmaps.
Private sector
We work with the companies and small businesses taking part in a program, through training, coaching, growth plans and matchmaking.
QuickWins does not hand you a strategy.
It stays until the strategy runs.
For a development program, that means we stay through delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
